Thank you for choosing Lifesavers Training Co. for your American Red Cross training needs. We take great pride in providing high-quality training and education to our clients, and we are committed to ensuring that you have the best possible experience with us.

Please note that all sales of our training courses are final and non-refundable. Once you have purchased a course from us, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled training session. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your needs by rescheduling your training session for a future date that works for you. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to reschedule your training session within a month of your originally scheduled session, we will provide you with a course credit that can be redeemed within 180 days of issuance. Course credit will be noted in our systems, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed with any other entity, and is non-transferable. To redeem your course credit, you must contact us via email or phone.
